Retail from a Search and Rescue perspective | The BKc x AcF pop shop

During the Brooklyn circus x Artcomes first Pop Shop launch, Tawfeeq Gaines took the time to touch base with some of the taste makers present regarding their view on how art effects retail. This video gives us insight into Search and Rescue’s contribution to the event along with the culture’s influence on menswear. As a designer you want your product to tell a story, a story that will allow you to connect with your client through the pieces you create. Coupling art with retail enhances the product and encourages the patron to immerse themselves in the brand. In the words of Tawfeeq “Coach” Gaines, “the more character, the more depth, the more quality the platform shows the better it is for the ideas being displayed.” I couldn’t agree more! We definitely support retail and our mission is to enhance the relationship between the designer and client one “story” at a time.

Now that you have listened to the opinions shared in the video above we are interested in hearing your take on art “infused” retail settings?
